25 Feb Backstage with Headmasters Pro Art Team at London Fashion Week – Part 2

Get the latest from backstage at London Fashion Week AW15 with Headmasters Pro Artistic Team, including the hottest trends and must have hair for this season ranging from minimalist, paired back styling to edgy, dishevelled looks.

Barbara Casasola AW15

The theme for this show was “Come un-grunge”. The team created a soft grunge look but not dirty, as if the hair was a day old and had a natural sheen. They wanted to keep the hair light and looking product free using key products like L’Oreal PLI and a hint of hairspray.

Peter Pilotto AW15

The hair inspiration was all about keeping it simple but playing around with dual textures to add detail. The hair was set into a deep side part with a square curtain fringe sweeping across the face. A clean vinyl shine was then applied to the fringe to contrast with the soft, romantic finger wave down the back to give the hair an expensive look.

J.W.Anderson AW15

Working with the theme of ‘young teenager gone clubbing’ the team created a fluffy/dry ponytail and an undone twist at the back. Products were worked into the roots of the hair to create a slightly wet look.

Ashish AW15

Ashsish opted to go down the route of a ‘punk/rock’ theme, creating ‘party all night dishevelled looking hair’. High shine mullets were incorporated into the look with flashes of colour running through them in bold colours. The rest of the hair was fluffed up to created volume and texture.
