These are unprecedented times and we ask for your patience as we try to get things back up and running and all get used to the new safety measures and social distancing rules. During the first four – six weeks of re-opening we are having to also make some temporary business changes to help our salons get back on their feet.
Pre-opening bookings will need to be taken over the phone to ensure the correct amount of time is booked out and clients spaced accordingly.
On-line booking will be phased in from 26th June over the first six weeks when all salons will be back on the system.
Individual salon opening hours may vary to cater for staff availability.
Clients who had an appointment cancelled between 22nd March – 4th July will be contacted first to allow to re-book.
Initially priority will be given to cutting and colouring services.
All discounts and discounted packages (excluding VIP) will be suspended (now available from 1st August).
VIP discount will automatically be offered to all NHS staff (upon presentation of NHS staff badge).
We will be unable to offer cuts to under 16’s.
We are unable to offer standby or walk-in appointments.
We are unable to offer complimentary services until 1st August

Your preferred stylist may not be able to work out of their usual salon as we try to support our staff reducing the time they spend on public transport getting to work.
Business As Usual
We will not be charging any extra for services.
There will be no charge to you for the PPE that we are providing for our staff. You may of course purchase a face mask for yourself for £1.20.
