Dario had to micro manage my appointment when a non local client got the wrong booking day, the salon's coffee machine needed an engineer and a delivery was being sorted for the stock room. However all the staff were working really hard to provide great service and beautiful hair. My own half balayage and cut was amazing and walked out feeling great, so 5***** from me :)

Absolutely love my hair! Rhianne recommended the perfect shade of brown to cover my grown out highlights and give me a richer, chocolate look for winter. She completely understood what I wanted and the result is fabulous! My curly hair was also cut really well and the straight blow-dry looked amazing.
