    To receive a 25% discount on all hair services Monday – Friday 9am to 4pm and 10% at all other times, plus get access to exclusive VIP Club Competitions.

  • What do I do if my VIP Card is lost, stolen or damaged?

    Please email our VIP Club team at [email protected] to cancel your old card and arrange for a replacement card. Your replacement VIP Club card will be with you in 2-4 weeks.

  • Is the VIP Club the same as the HM Club?

    Yes, Headmasters VIP Club is the new name for the HM Club and works in the same way.

  • Do I need to apply for a VIP Club Card?

    No, your HM Club will be accepted at all our salons until further notice.

  • Is my HM Club card still valid?

    Yes. We will contact members when the card needs replacing.

  • How do I update my details if I move or change my email address?

    Please email your new details to [email protected]

  • I currently receive Company Partnership Scheme discount- will this still apply or do I need to join the VIP Club?

    The VIP Club will replace the Company Partnership Scheme, therefore, you will need to register for VIP Club before your next appointment. Don’t worry though it’s a very quick process which should only take a few minutes. Also, the VIP Club is much more inclusive, anyone over 16 years old can join!

  • Will I receive discounts on top of my VIP Club discount?

    The VIP Club discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion – including Me Day Monday, Colour Sale, Treat Me Tuesday, Standby or Kids Club appointments.

  • If I move my appointment out of the 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday period, will I receive my discount?

    If you move your appointment out of the 9-4pm time period you can get 10% off.

  • If my appointment is moved out of the 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday period, will I receive my discount?

    If Headmasters need to move an appointment (which was originally within the hours 9-4 Monday to Friday) out of the operating hours of the VIP Club you will still receive the discount.

  • How can I redeem my card after signing up online?

    Once signed up to the VIP Club card, please go into your chosen salon to redeem your card with your confirmation e-mail to begin receiving your discount.

  • If I book my appointment but have not yet redeemed my card yet from my chosen salon by the time of my appointment will I still receive my discount?

    If you have not redeemed your card in time for your appointment please bring the confirmation email sent out to you when you sign up for the VIP Club to receive your discount and then bring your card in for future appointments.

  • Is there a minimum age for joining the VIP Club?

    Yes, the minimum age for VIP Club is 17 years of age.
