Definitions

  • In these terms and Conditions, “we” means Headmasters UK (and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly); and “you” means our client or potential client for products and services (and “your” will be construed accordingly).
  • These are the terms under which we provide services to you. By purchasing these products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Customer Service

  • All our services are unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not 100% happy with any Headmasters service, please let us know within two weeks so we can rectify it for you. We will arrange for you to come in for a consultation to assess your hair.

Personal Belongings

  • Headmasters will always endeavour to keep your personal belongings safe and take every precaution to protect your clothing from colour.  
  • Headmasters cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred to your personal possessions whilst in the salon.

Online Booking Exclusions

  • Straightening & Smoothing treatments, perms, hair extensions, children’s cuts, standby and promotional services cannot be booked online. Please call the salon to book or book in person.

Colour Services

  • All clients (new and existing) who have not had a colour service in the last 6 months at a Headmasters salon must undergo a skin patch test 48hrs prior to the appointment.
  • New or existing Headmasters clients who are either; pregnant, have had changes to their health condition, or anyone that has previously had a reaction to a colour service must undergo a skin patch test 48hrs prior to the appointment.
  • Unfortunately, Headmasters cannot colour hair for clients aged under 16 years.
  • All colour without a cut must be accompanied by a finishing (also known as technical) blow-dry at an additional cost of £36.
  • Colour consultations are complimentary.
  • Prices are subject to confirmation during consultation.
  • Headmasters only apply colour provided by Headmasters.

Colour Transformation Service

  • Colour Transformation service requires a face-to-face consultation before the appointment can be booked.
  • Colour Transformations are charged per 45 minutes; total cost is based on the length of the appointment.
  • £50 deposit is required to secure the booking.
  • Cut & Blow-dry will be charged at an additional cost, if cut is not required a finishing (also known as technical) blow-dry will be charged at an additional cost of £36.

Treatments

  • All treatments without a cut or colour must be accompanied by a finishing (also known as technical) blow-dry at an additional cost of £36.

Standby Appointments

  • Standby appointment can be booked by phoning the salon anytime on the same day or after 3pm for the appointment next morning. Quote “Standby service” when booking. Standby appointment cannot be booked online.
  • Appointments are subject to availability, with selected stylists and at salon’s discretion.

Headmasters Gift Cards

  • Headmasters Gift Cards are redeemable at Headmasters salons in London and the South East.
  • Gift Cards are redeemable for any product or service at any Headmasters Salon.
  • The card amount is only redeemable by presenting the Gift Card, we cannot accept the Gift Card purchase confirmation email as payment.
  • Gift Cards are subject to availability, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The minimum amount to activate or top up the card is £25; the maximum is £250.
  • The Gift Card will expire 24 months from the date of purchase. Any balance remaining will be reduced to nil and forfeited.

Terms of Gift Card Sales:

  • In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps:
    (i) You must add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout;
    (iii) You must confirm your order and your consent to these terms of sale;
    (iv) DNA will handle your payment;
    (vi) Once we have checked whether we are able to meet your order, we will either send you an order confirmation (at which point your order will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.
  • We will not file a copy of these terms of sale specifically in relation to your order. We may update the version of these terms of sale on the website from time to time, and we do not guarantee that the version you have agreed to will remain accessible. We therefore recommend that you download, print and retain a copy of these terms of sale for your records.
  • The only language in which we provide these terms of sale is English.
  • Before you place your order, you will have the opportunity of identifying whether you have made any input errors by viewing your shopping bag.
  • Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds.
  • The prices on the website include all value added taxes (where applicable).
  • The prices displayed on the website are web exclusive and may vary from in-salon prices.
  • Payment for all products must be made by Debit or Credit card.
  • You warrant to us that:
    (a)  You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these terms of sale;
    (b)  The information provided in your order is accurate and complete;
    (c)  You will be able to accept delivery of the products;
    (d)  You are resident in England, Wales, N. Ireland or Scotland.
    (e)  You are at least 18 years of age.
  • We will treat all your personal information that we collect in connection with your order in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy; use of our website will be subject to our website terms of use.

Gift Cards Delivery Policy:

  • We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address for delivery indicated in your order via Royal Mail.
  • We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our order confirmation.  We offer Free Standard Delivery between 5-7 working days. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date. We do however guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 30 days of receipt of payment and the date of our order confirmation.
  • We will only deliver products within England, Wales, N. Ireland and Scotland.

Gift Cards Returns & Refunds:

  • If you have received goods in connection with the contract you have cancelled, you must send the goods back no later than 7 days after informing us of the cancellation of this contract. You agree that you will have to bear the cost of returning the goods.
  • All orders have a no quibble 14 days return policy.
  • If you cancel a contract and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned products.

Newsletter

  • By signing up to our newsletter you agree to be opted in to our marketing and to receive emails from us at least monthly with information about offers, competitions and prize draws.
  • Members can opt out of the emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the bottom of any email sent from Headmasters.

Student Discount

  • 25% off all services with valid student ID card, clearly showing the current academic year. An acceptance letter, transcript, or tuition receipt can be used if a student ID is unavailable.
  • Offer redeemable 7 days a week, and excludes treatments and retail products.
  • Cannot be used with any other offer or discount.

    Headmasters VIP Club

    Headmasters VIP Club members receive 25% discount on all hair services (excluding finishing (also known as technical) blow-dry and additional charge for Blow-dry with hair extensions/extended styling blow-dry) Monday to Friday 9am-4pm, and 10% off at all other times, and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion.

    • Headmasters VIP Club discounts are available in all Headmasters salons, but not Headmasters Academies.
    • Anyone aged over 16 who registers their details can join. The Headmasters VIP club is personal to you and your profile should not be used by anyone else.
    • Members are responsible for keeping their information up to date. Any changes to name, mobile number and email address should be emailed to [email protected].
    • To receive the full VIP Club benefit, make sure you are opted in to our marketing communications by email and SMS to receive emails from us at least monthly with information about offers, exclusive competitions and prize draws.
    • Members can opt out of the emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the bottom of any email sent from Headmasters at any time.
    • Members can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected].
    • Headmasters reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the scheme at any time and to modify the terms and conditions. Notice of changes will be provided via email and posted on the website.

      Headmasters Corporate Club

      Headmasters Corporate Club is available to all companies wishing to register 5 or more employees. The Corporate Club discount is exclusive to members and is 25% off all hair services from Monday to Friday (9am–9pm) and Saturday to Sunday (9am–6pm). This discount cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Corporate Club Discount does not apply to retail products, children’s cuts, promotional hair packages (e.g., Me-Day Makeover/Me-Day Makeover Premium), finishing (also known as technical) blow-dries and additional charge for Blow-dry with hair extensions/extended styling blow-dry, or already discounted services (e.g., Colour Sales and Standby).

      • A company representative or owner must register the company and serve as the Administrator for the scheme. There is no cost associated with registration.
      • Membership to the club is valid for 12 months, and the Administrator will be contacted to verify employee details and re-register for the following year.
      • Employees will need to individually sign up via a unique link and complete their personal registration form.
      • Corporate Club Cards are digital and connected to each employee’s personal Headmasters client card.
      • The Headmasters Corporate Club supersedes the Headmasters VIP Club.
      • The Corporate Club membership is redeemable in all Headmasters salons located in London and the Southeast.
      • Administrators are responsible for maintaining updated employee member information. Any changes to employee status should be emailed to [email protected].
      • Administrators can add new employee members at any time using their unique sign-up link.
      • Administrators can remove any employee members at any time by emailing [email protected].
      • Members can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected].
      • Members can opt out of promotional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from Headmasters. However, you will still receive important membership updates.
      • Headmasters reserves the right to cancel or withdraw the scheme at any time and to modify the terms and conditions. Notice of changes will be provided via email and posted on the website.

      Headmasters Me-Day Makeover Offers

      Me-Day Makeover package includes a cut, style/blow-dry, toner, and either highlights using foils, tissues; or balayage.

      • Me-Day Makeover appointments must be booked by phone or in salon in-person; online bookings are not available. Quote ‘Me-Day Makeover’ when booking.
      • £170 for a Full-head, £150 for a Half-head, and if toner is not required £20 will be deducted from these prices at the checkout.
      • Redeemable on Sundays and Mondays only, with selected stylists and subject to availability at salon’s discretion.
      • Not applicable for clients under 16 and not redeemable during December or Headmasters Colour Sale periods. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
      • Additional service charges may apply to your visit; always confirm with your stylist.

      Me-Day Makeover Premium Upgrade:

      • Olaplex Bonding Treatment can be added to either Half-head or Full-head Me-Day Makeover service for additional £35 (usual price £38), subject to availability.

      Headmasters Colour Sale Offer

      At various times a year, Headmasters offer Colour Sale promotion across all Headmasters salons with significant discount applicable to all colour services.

      • Only valid during the dates set and communicated by Headmasters and is subject to availability.
      • Offer excludes treatments and retail products.
      • Not valid with any other offer, package or discount.
      • All clients (new and existing) who have not had a colour service in the last 6 months at a Headmasters salon must undergo a skin patch test 48hrs prior to the appointment.

      Love Colour offer provides 30% discount on colour services only on Tuesdays. 

      • Love Colour appointments must be booked by phone or in salon in-person; online bookings are not available. Quote ‘Love Colour’ when booking.
      • Redeemable on Tuesdays only, with selected stylists and subject to availability at salon’s discretion.
      • All colour without a cut must be accompanied by a finishing (also known as technical) blow-dry at an additional cost of £36.
      • Not applicable for clients under 16 and not redeemable during December or Headmasters Colour Sale periods. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.

      Headmasters New Client Introductory Offer

      At various times, selected Headmasters salons may offer a Cut & Blow-dry service at a discounted price of £40 to new clients only.

      • Redeemable at selected Headmasters salons only, with selected stylists and subject to availability at salon’s discretion. Appointments are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
      • £40 New Client Cut & Blow-Dry appointments must be booked by phone or in salon in-person; online bookings are not available. Quote ‘£40 New Client Cut & Blow-Dry’ when booking.
      • The offer is only redeemable on your first visit to Headmasters. Bookings will be cross-checked to ensure eligibility for the new client offer. If you do not qualify, the booking will be amended to a standard booking, and standard rates will apply.
      • Not applicable for clients under 16 and not redeemable during December or Headmasters Colour Sale periods. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion.
      • Additional service charges may apply to your visit; always confirm with your stylist.
      • Headmasters reserves the right to amend, cancel or withdraw the offer at any time.

      Refer-A-Friend Rewards Programme

      At various times, Headmasters offer a Refer-A-Friend Rewards Programme which offers the client and a person they refer discounted rate on select services.

      Discount Code Details:

      • The discount code entitles you to a 40% discount on cut and blow-dry, or barber cut and style services.
      • This discount code cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
      • The discount code is not applicable to children’s cuts.
      • This offer is exclusively valid for the registered receiver of the discount code.

      Ambassadors/Referrers can redeem multiple validated 40% vouchers under the following conditions:

      • They possess a valid redeem code.
      • The vouchers have not expired.
      • Only one voucher can be used per visit.
      • The redeemer of the voucher must be the same person as the ambassador (vouchers cannot be shared or forwarded).

      Friends/Receivers can redeem one ‘friend reward voucher’ under the following conditions:

      • They possess a valid redeem code.
      • The voucher has not expired.
      • The redeemer of the voucher must be the same person as the friend (vouchers cannot be shared or forwarded).

      Opportunity for Friends to Become Ambassadors:

      • Friends who have redeemed the ‘friend reward voucher’ have the opportunity to become ambassadors and enjoy the benefits of the programme.

      General Terms:

      • The discount code and vouchers hold no cash value and are non-transferable.
      • Headmasters reserves the right to modify or terminate the Refer-A-Friend Rewards Programme at any time without prior notice.
      • All decisions regarding voucher validity, redemptions, and eligibility will be at the discretion of Headmasters.
      • The Headmasters Refer-A-Friend Rewards Programme cannot be redeemed for appointments at Headmasters Academies (HM London Academy, or HM Ham Academy).
      • Additional terms and conditions may apply.

      By participating in the Refer-A-Friend Rewards Programme, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

      Re-Book Raffle Promotion

      At various times, selected Headmasters salons may run a Re-book Raffle promotion when clients who rebook their next appointment on the day of their appointment will be entered into a draw to win a prize.

      • Only valid during the dates set and communicated by Headmasters, in select Headmasters salons.
      • To enter the Headmasters Re-Book Raffle, you must have a valid re-booked appointment in participating salon during the period of promotion. Rebooked appointments can’t be cancelled; if a rebooked appointment is cancelled your raffle entry will be disqualified.
      • By entering the Re-Book Raffle, you agree to opt-in for marketing communication from Headmasters.
      • Raffle winners will be contacted via telephone and email. Please retain your raffle ticket as proof of entry. Prizes can’t be exchanged for cash but can be gifted to a person of winner’s choice.
      • Raffle prize redemption is valid at select Headmasters salons with select stylists. When a gift set is among the advertised prizes, gift sets need to be available in the participating salon.

      March 2026 Mother’s Day Competition

      • The competition runs from 1 March to 31 March 2026 inclusive. Entrants must be aged 18+; one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. The prize consists of two (2) complimentary ‘Premium Me Day Makeover’ services only: one for the entrant and one for their mother (or mother figure).
      • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered. The winner will be selected at random and notified via email/mobile by April 15, 2026. Headmasters will arrange appointments at a time suitable for the winner, subject to stylist availability. Complimentary appointments must be completed by June 30, 2026. Valid with selected stylists only; patch tests may be required 48 hours prior to colour services.
      • By entering, you agree that Headmasters may use your name and entry story for promotional purposes. If you opt-in for email and SMS communications, you can unsubscribe at any time. Personal data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

      40% Off First Appointment at Headmasters Epsom Salon for Prior Clients of Headmasters Dorking Salon Offer

      • The 40% off offer is valid for a first appointment at Headmasters Epsom salon only for the clients who had at least one appointment at Headmasters Dorking salon previously and had no prior appointments at our Epsom salon.
      • Visit or phone the salon directly to make an appointment, quote ‘Dorking’ when booking. Bookings will be cross-checked to ensure eligibility for the offer. If you do not qualify, the booking will be amended to a standard booking, and standard rates will apply.
      • Offer valid for appointments taking place until June 9, 2026. The offer is available with selected stylists only and is subject to availability.
      • The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion, and is not valid for children’s cuts or standby appointments.
