Do you have a passion for hairdressing, but not sure how to become a hairdresser?As an apprentice, you get to work with talented industry professionals who will help you develop your craft whilst getting paid a monthly wage in a fun and creative environment. We have spent decades investing in delivering the best training structure that will engage and reward you, to progress your hairdressing career further. You will gain further training and development on creative cutting, colouring and contemporary barbering, whilst gaining in salon experience.

Headmasters are looking for creative Talented Salon Managers who have the talent and ambition to run a successful busy salon, within our fun award winning group. Our salon group are dedicated to providing you with a busy column, continual bespoke education through both Headmasters & L’Oréal Academies along with multiple career progression opportunities all within a nurturing and friendly environment. Headmasters have a dedicated business academy that excels in providing excellent fully funded management training with experienced educators who will guide you and coach you to become a successful manager.

What will I be doing:

• Cultivate a quality team and maximize their staff’s potential.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance for growth.
• Provide a full range of the services offered by their salon, including cutting, styling and colouring.
• Leading by example, giving customers service of the highest quality while keeping an eye on overall operations.
• Taking charge of customer retention and increase repeat visits from clients.
