Every season brings something new to get excited about – and this Spring/ Summer, the cuts and styles I’m most drawn to are all about that perfect balance between effortless and considered. The kind of hair that looks like you haven’t tried too hard, but feel completely intentional. Here are my 3 favourite looks for the seasons, along with everything you need to recreate them at home.
If there’s one cut that’s truly having its moment right now, it’s the collarbone bob – and I am completely here for it! As seen on Hailey Bieber and Margot Robbie, this is the cut that sits so comfortably in that sweet spot between long and short, making it one of the most versatile and flattering lengths we have in our toolkit.

The collarbone bob is perfect if you’ve been growing out a shorter bob and want something that feels fresh and new season, or if you have longer hair and are ready to take the plunge without fully committing to a shorter cut. Either way, the collarbone bob gives you that instant feeling of having done something – in the best possible way.
What I love most about this cut is how beautifully it wears in two completely different directions. For a polished, sleek finish I always reach for Kérastase Gloss Absolu Glaze Drops – a few drops through dry hair gives that glassy, frizz-free shine that looks expensive. If you’re going for undone waves instead, the Chronos Tongs with a Techni Art Volume Panache through the lengths adds exactly the right amount of movement and texture. Two looks, one cut.
This one is my new season favourite and honestly – I think it’s going to be everywhere! The fractured fringe is the love child of the mini fringe and the curtain bang, featuring a defined break through the centre that gives it an extra edge and a whole lot of personality. It has major Parisian vibes with a nod to the 70s and Jane Birkin – and it works beautifully on straight, wavy and curly hair alike.

The key to wearing this fringe well is all in the styling. For a smooth, polished finish, apply Kérastase Thermique through the fringe before Blow-drying, follow with a Techni Art Pli and use a small round brush to blow out the shape. It gives the most beautiful, precise result.

If you have more texture or want to lean into the undone feel, reach for a cream-gel – the Redken Hydrating Curl Cream is brilliant for this. Apply through the fringe, shape it into place and secure with flat setting clips while it dries. Once it’s fully dry, remove the clips, give it a gentle shake and tweak into position. The result is completely worth it.
For my curly-haired clients, this is the cut of the season – and I could not be more excited about it. Moving on from the wolf cut and mullet that have dominated the last couple of years, the Halo Cut brings something softer and more refined to the table. Round layers around the crown with a seamless connecting fringe that crates the most beautiful bounce, volume and movement – and it hugs and frames the face in the most flattering way.
This cut is all about celebrating your natural curl pattern and letting it do what it does best.To style, I love the Redken Acidic Bonding Curls range for definition and strength, or the Kérastase Curl Manifesto for hydration and bounce – both work brilliantly depending on your curl type. If you want to really dial up the volume and definition, use a GHD Thin Wand to define individual curls and add that extra bit of va va voom to the finished look.
