Very pleasant experience. I was offered refreshments, tea and cookies. Everyone was very chatty. My hair dresser asked me a lot of question about my hair history. She made sure that I was happy about the colour I had chosen. Both the hair dresser and assistant in training knew how to handle my natural afro hair and did a great job! Will definitely go back.
