I absolutely loved headmasters staines! My sister reccommended the chain so I decided to try them out. The staff are really friendly and hospitable. They offered drinks (hot or cold) for myself and my mum. I got my hair washed, cut and dyed by a woman named Mel who was fantastic. I told her what I was after and she cut it exactly how I liked. She also dyed my hair and having decided a week later that I wanted the colour to be more noticeable she was happy to change it to how i wanted it free of charge. I particularly like that she shared her opinion and made recommendations in terms of how it should be cut and coloured which was great as I'm quite indecisive and am not always sure of what I want! I can't say for the other stylists but my first experience there was fab!
