Charlotte is amazing! I had a total hair disaster at another salon, and they did absolutely nothing to fix it. I was honestly so upset and didn’t know what to do—until I found Charlotte. She was the only one willing to help me, and I can’t thank her enough. She was so kind and understanding right from the start. She didn’t just palm me off like the others, she actually explained what she could do to fix it. She had a clear plan, and that instantly made me feel better. She completely turned my hair around, and I left the salon feeling confident and happy again. Charlotte really knows her stuff and clearly cares about her clients. I’ll 100% be going back to her—she’s the best! Attatched are pictures of what the previous hairdresser did and how WELL Charlotte managed to fix it!
Chey was AMAZING!!!!!! I came in with very grown out hair from dark brown to blonde and said ‘I don’t mind if you need to bring down the brown or up the blonde but please just sort this out 😭’ and she had a vision, spoke me through the whole process and honestly I’ve ended up with the nicest hair I’ve had in years!! I will be back to see her again and again ☀️

Our Clapham salon is located at the south end of the Common and close to Clapham South tube station. This salon attracts both locals and those from afar with its great Transport links, which include the London Underground, Overground and buses which run frequently to the surrounding areas.
