Edd Moss – Creative Ambassador | Headmasters London Academy | Mayfair
We’re proud to announce that Edd Moss has been appointed as Creative Ambassador at Headmasters!
Edd has been part of the Headmasters family for over nine years, starting his journey at our Brighton salon before moving to London and working across Fitzrovia, Soho, and Mayfair. Over the last six years, Edd has become a vital part of our Artistic Team, sharing his passion and expertise with the 800 stylists across our 54 salons.
As Creative Ambassador, Edd will continue to teach at the Headmasters London Academy, while working with clients at both Fulham Broadway and Mayfair salons. He’ll also take on a leading role in shaping our creative direction—working on exciting editorial projects, representing Headmasters at industry events, and helping to inspire and develop the next generation of stylists.

Edd’s love of learning has taken him far—he was selected for the Fellowship Project X programme in 2022 and then earned a spot on the prestigious F.A.M.E. Team in 2023. Now, he’s helping mentor other Artistic Team members to support their own growth and success.
A talented stylist and colourist, Edd is also passionate about textured hair. He’s worked with industry legends like Nicole Iroh, Errol Douglas, and Jenni Roberts to refine his skills. His dedication paid off in 2024 when he won the Afro Award at the L’Oréal Colour Trophy Awards, thanks to his striking blend of creative colour and expertly styled texture.
Following his win, Edd developed “The Art of Texture”, a brand-new training course at our London Academy. It’s open to all Headmasters stylists and focuses on building confidence, creativity, and expertise in working with all hair textures.
Edd will now be leading some of Headmasters’ most exciting projects—including Colour Heroes, our internal colour competition that encourages stylists to experiment and innovate with colour in a fun, supportive environment.
We couldn’t be more excited to have Edd step into this new role. His creativity, leadership, and commitment to excellence truly embody what Headmasters is all about.
