Since opening in 1985, the salon has become more than just a place to have your hair done. It’s where friendships are made, memories are shared, and confidence is restored. Many clients have been with us since the very beginning. Team members have built not only their careers, but their lives here in Weybridge.
At Headmasters Weybridge, our team is the heart of the salon. A close-knit group where support, friendship, and laughter go hand in hand with professionalism and creativity. It’s more than just work, it’s a second home.
Gill, who has been part of the team for nearly four decades, describes the salon as her second family. “We’ve always been a team, always supported each other, and that’s why people stay – both staff and clients.”
Enzo, who has been part of the team for 26 years, agrees. For him “Headmasters Weybridge is family, laughter and fun.”
From clients who have been coming in for their weekly blow-dries for decades, to team members who joined as teenagers and grew into expert stylists, we’ve shared countless journeys together. Tia, whos been at the salon for 7 years says:
