I had a full head colour, cut with olaplex treatment and toner with Francesca and i couldn't be more thrilled. She put so many foils in so I knew it would be an amazing end result. She put her expertise into it, kept me informed on everything throughout. I wasn't happy cutting so much off the length (which wasn't even that much) but considering how healthy and strong it looks now, I couldn't be happier. The entire team at the salon were so friendly and accommodating - I asked on a whim to amend my appointment at last minute from half head to full, and they accommodated, no issues. Had a lovely haircut by Jade, I have very curly frizzy hair. So it really needs a good cut & style. Which was exactly what I got.
Laura was incredible! She was very attentive and listened to what I was after and then worked her magic! I walked out of thr salon feeling brand new
All staff so friendly and helpful as was not quite sure what to do with my hair as had not had a propercut in around 18 years. Massage chair is amazing and the coffee was a really nice touch will definitely be going back thank you
