I walked into the salon having an absolutely horrible day, and my hair was only making it worse! Thankfully, I was assisted by the lovely Ella, who was incredibly kind, patient, compassionate and so knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to understand my hair, helped me find everything that was suitable for it and completely transformed it! I honestly couldn’t be more grateful to have met her. Not only did she work wonders on my hair, but she also completely lifted my spirits and turned my day around.
